Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at fragrancekorb@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will review and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.
